  1. Academic letter applications are now available in the office. 9-12 students that have achieved a 3.5 cumulative GPA, with no semester grades lower than a B- during the previous 2 semesters are eligible to apply. Other requirements are listed on the application. You must complete the short application in order to be considered for the letter. Applications are due TODAY.
  2. Meca Sportswear will be here TODAY during lunch to take letter jacket orders. Students ordering jackets should bring any patches or award letters they would like to have sewn on their jacket on order day. A $100 deposit is required on order day. Please make checks payable to Meca Sportswear. Credit cards are also acceptable.
  3. SENIORS: The senior pan picture will be taken Tuesday, May 2 at 10:30am. Cost is $12 each; due to the office by Monday, May 1st with at least 10 people ordering a picture in order for it to be taken.
  4. Pacesetter Volleyball Camp registration forms are available in the office. The camp will be held June 13-15. Registrations are due Monday, May 1st by mailing in the form to Pacesetter Sports or by registering online at pacesetterports.net
  5. SENIORS interested in speaking at graduation, please submit your name along with a paragraph on why you would like to speak to the office by Monday, May 1.
  6. There will be a summer/fall volleyball information meeting TODAY in Goose's room at 3:05 for current 9-11 graders and at 3:20 for current 6-8 graders.  See Goose if you cannot attend.
  7. MHS Sponsored Blood Drive on Wednesday, May 3rd in the high school gym. Sign up now in the library to help save a life. Must be 16 years or older to donate.
  8. Summer job opportunity:  Looking for a teen in the Dodge Center or West Concord area, that can be responsible and somewhat supervise or hang out with our 14 year old son, who is on the Autism Spectrum (High Functioning). We just need help one day during the week in the summer and possibly and evening on a weekend every now and then. He is very mild mannered and easy going and likes to be active.  My husband and I work and just need someone to spend the day with him.  Please call me if interested or email me with your contact information.  We can then discuss compensation, scheduling and specifics.  This is a great way to earn a little extra money on your summer vacation and still be able to have some summer fun.   10. Free Sports Physicals Mayo Family Clinic Kasson Wednesday, June 21, 2017.  Please arrive during the following time: 4:30-6:00 pm. No Appointment Required. The sports physicals are open to any student entering 7th through 12th grades in Dodge County (Kasson-Mantorville, Hayfield, Triton). Students must be at the clinic no later than 6:00 p.m. What to Know: · This is a pre-participation sports screening exam only · No immunizations or treatments will be provided · If a medical condition is found, the student will be given instructions for follow-up care · Dress comfortably with shorts and t-shirt (weather permitting) · Bring your Mayo Clinic Identification Number if a current patient · Bring your pre-participation sports physical form completed by student and parent · Minnesota State High School League form available online at: http://mshsl.org/mshsl/publications/code/forms/PhysicalExam.pdf
