Welcome to Homepage of the Triton Choirs!
I am Craig Anderson and I direct the Triton Middle School Seventh and Eighth grade Choirs and Triton High School Mixed and Concert Choirs.
I grew up in Grasston, MN, graduating from Braham High School in 1976. Go Bombers!!! I attended Crown College for one year, then transferred to Bethel College in St. Paul, MN. I graduated from Bethel in 1981 with a B.A. degree in Music/Music Education.
My first teaching position was in the Echo/Wood Lake Public Schools in southwestern Minnesota. I came to Claremont in 1983, where I was the K-12 music teacher for band and choir and also the drama director. When Claremont became part of Triton in 1990, I assumed the duties of High School Choir director and have held that position ever since.
I live in Dodge Center with my wife Deb and my two daughters, who are six and three years old. They keep my life VERY interesting!
The Triton Schools have a history of producing top-notch musical groups and other fine arts activities. Our success can be attributed to the wonderful students we have, the parent support and to excellent teachers! I trust that you will attend one or more of our performances this year and hear for yourself how awesome the Triton bands and choirs are!
