German Classroom Behavior Plan

-Follow the teacher's directions the first time they are given.
-Be on task at all times.
-Be quiet and stay seated unless told otherwise.
-Don't argue or talk back to the teacher.
-Keep hands, feet, and objects to yourself.

Corrective actions
-First warning- the teacher will write the sutdent's name on the board and will inform the student that his/her behavior is inappropriate.
-Second warning-the teacher will put a check next to the student's name on the board, which means the student will stay in class for two minutes after the bell and have a short meeting with the teacher.
-Third warning-student will be given detention with the teacher after school.
-Fourth warning- student will be sent to the office and will receive office detention.
Severe Disruption Rule
-Students who refuse to follow steps of corrective actions, are fighting with other students, or are aggressively talking back to the teacher will be sent immediately to the office and given office detention.
-If nobody from the class receives a “first warning” during the week, the class will have an “Easy Friday” (with games and fun activities).
-If nobody in class receives a “second warning” during the week, the class won't have homework on Friday.
-If nobody in class receives a “third warning” for the semester, the class will have a class party for winter break and one at the end of the school year.
-Students who haven't received any warnings during the quarter will receive a homework pass at the end of the quarter.
-Students who have not been sent to the office by the end of the school year will participate in a class drawing for prizes at the end of the school year.
I have already discussed this plan with your child, but I will appreciate if you review it together, then sign and return the bottom section.
