Foods II

Foods II is an advanced course in foods that builds on previous skills and knowledge students learned in Foods I.
Students will explore advanced techniques for preparing foods as well as learning about origins of foods, global foods. They will prepare foods from around the world and other regions of the United States. Students will participate in an activity similar to a "Chopped" Challenge.

Students will also study deeper into nutrition and practice meal planning for people with special diets and large groups.
