Link Crew
Link Crew is a freshman orientation and transition program that connects upperclassmen with freshmen.

In the spring of 2004, the previous counselor, Becky Martin, wrote a grant to the Dodge County Family Services Collaborative requesting training dollars for herself and Tricia Johnson, School Social Worker, to be trained in the Link Crew program. The funding was approved and they participated in an intensive 2-day training in Chicago. They came back excited and ready for action. They recruited upperclassmen interested in being Link Leaders and trained them that summer. These leaders led the very first Freshman Orientation in the fall of 2004.

In March of 2014, I completed my Link Crew Advisor Training in Chaska, Minnesota and will completed my follow-up training September, 2014 in Roseville. I have gone through two Freshmen Orientations and look forward to completing my second year as the Link Crew Advisor along with Tricia Johnson. I highly enjoy this position and am excited to see what this new batch of leaders will accomplish!
