Hello Triton Families,
We are hosting a Flu Vaccine clinic for the community with Dodge County
Public Health, today, October 10th, from 1p.m. until 6 p.m. In the MPR room
near the activities entrance. To reserve your spot please register online

Walk-Ins will also be accepted.
Some insurance will be accepted. Receipts can be given for insurance
submission as well. If you have other primary coverage along with your
Medical Assistance that is NOT Blue Cross Blue Shield, you will need to go
to your medical provider to receive your vaccination. PLEASE send check or
cash payment with your student if you are not attending with your child.
Checks can be made payable to " Dodge County Public Health"
Vaccines offered:
Fluzone Quadrivalent (Standard Dose) - $40
FluBlok Quadrivalent Dose - (Targeted for adults 50-64 years of age) - $80
Fluzone High Dose Quadrivalent - (Available to 65+ only) - $80
